Perth property market update for 16th of February 2011.

Below is an update from REIWA on the Perth property market. Please ignore the number for days on market as that is obviously wrong.

As can be seen the market is improving and well priced properties are selling quickly. The market is still slow but things are moving and interest in the market is increasing. I am doing a lot of appraisals for people keen to sell and our weekly supply of Real Estate WA newspaper is being exhausted every week now. At the end of last year no one seemed to be taking the newspapers and appraisals were hard to come by.
