Block sales have really taken off recently. We have completely sold out of blocks in the Carramar Golf Course Estate and surrounding areas. The developers have sold all of their blocks in the area and I had 3 blocks in the area that I have sold in the last 2 weeks. We are desperate for new blocks in the area to meet buyer demand.
The developers will eventually release more land to satisfy the demand but in the mean time sellers of blocks are getting a premium for their land.
