Perth Property Market Update 25-1-12
Latest stats for REIWA have been released. The market is still in a healthy state with 712 sales last week up from the previous week. The number of listings has increased slightly to 14,164. Median rates have increased to $400 per week.
I have noticed a huge increase in buyer activity especially from first home buyers. I have been flat since Christmas and have already sold 7 properties this month. So if you are thinking of selling now is the time to do so. Give me a call to organise your free market appraisal.
Perth Property Market Update 18-1-12
REIWA has just released the latest facts and figures on the Perth property market. Currently there are 13,626 properties for sale which is up slightly from last week but still well down from last year. Sales have increased to 656 up from last week but still down from last year but this is not unsurprising given the usually slow start to the year.
Busy Start to The Year
I have had a busy start to the year with 4 sales and 4 listings over the last 10 days. Everyone in the office has noticed a huge increase in enquiries to our home opens and a huge increase in home open numbers. I have also noticed a surge in the number of first home buyers and i am even starting to see some investors. This a great sign for the Perth property market.
